By evaluating the three recognised pillars of Sustainable Development (social, economic and environmental) in a business context, K Consulting can help develop a highly effective Corporate Social Responsiblity (CSR) model. Working with you, we select purchasing categories or specific suppliers or audit where there is the potential for CSR objectives to be at risk. N.B. Good examples of high-risk categories might include clothing sourced from low-cost countries historically employing child labour / poor working conditions or investment in energy, chemical or military industries. We then conduct a comprehensive physical site audit, covering more than 300 questions at as many sites as required to ensure that acceptable policies are being adhered to.

Then we produce a comprehensive report incorporating questionnaire data, supporting policy documents and a detailed progress plan for improvement. Finally we roll-out the implementation with your personnel.
