Based on a validated action plan from an Operations Diagnostic, agree & communicate the programme vision, content and expected outcomes to all
stakeholders
Create reporting & communication structure to maintain transparency
Launch individual workstreams relevant to the issues requiring resolution, e.g. scheduling tools, KPI system, webbased reporting, waste and/or quality reduction
Each workstream delivered as a crossfunctional team with the client
Training for specific ‘Lean’ sponsors or coaches to ensure that knowledge is retained by the client
Follow up sessions to monitor implementation process and deal with issues arising
