'K Consulting were engaged to carry out a Lean assessment and the implementation of Lean principles throughout the complete company in 2008. As a result of their support, we now have a site-wide web-based scheduling system, a capacity model and a KPI structure, that is continuing to be developed alongside our ERP system. The commitment of K Consulting and their hands-on approach to delivering the project was key for the successful Lean kick off within Hawker Pacific Aerospace Ltd.’
