Our focus is to deliver efficiencies, including cashable savings, optimised processes and Lean methodologies, as quickly as possible. As a result of the delivery of these benefits, both we and the client have a better understanding of each other and the specific issues relating to the mid-long term strategy for the business. All parties therefore understand what transformation is required to achieve the organisation’s goals, and through our collaborative approach, all stakeholders are automatically engaged and supportive of the proposed way forward.
Our engagements are typically in two phases: a diagnostic study which then moves to an implementation phase.
Diagnostic: our diagnostic studies provide a deep insight for our clients into the current performance of their organisation, where the strengths and weaknesses lie, and what opportunities there are for efficiencies and enhanced capabilities. Typically lasting 4-6 weeks, the output of our diagnostic is a comprehensive action plan, usually split into distinct workstreams, that is fully endorsed by all relevant stakeholders, and details the expected efficiencies to be delivered during the course of an implementation programme.
Implementation: working in collaboration with client staff, we are usually retained to deliver the high complexity, high value categories where efficiencies were identified in the Diagnostic phase. Rather than simply applying a standard methodology to specific categories, we will often adopt a ‘blank page’ approach, allowing us to benefit from our previous experience within the category in question whilst maintaining flexibility to respond to the individual requirements of the organisation.
