Procurement and operations specialists K Consulting has recently been engaged by the Northamptonshire Area Procurement Service (NAPS) to deliver an innovative project focusing on improving Community Benefits through better procurement.  The year-long project will focus on two phases - a 'reactive' phase looking at existing contracts and a 'proactive' phase dealing with upcoming tenders.
